A BILL supplementing, amending, transferring and decreasing items
of the existing appropriations of the department of
transportation, division of motor vehicles, Acct. No. 6710
appropriated by chapter twelve, acts of the Legislature,
regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-two, known
as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation of Acct. No. 6710,
chapter twelve, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-two, be supplemented, amended,
transferred and decreased to read as follows:

NOTE: The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill
is to supplement, amend and transfer certain moneys of the
existing appropriation for the designated spending unit. The
amounts as itemized for expenditure during the fiscal year one
thousand nine hundred ninety-three, shall be made available for
expenditure upon the effective date of this bill.
